COTTON HARAMAKI
We recommend that you use your usual clothing size as a guide. For example, if you usually wear a size 40 or M, your haramaki would be equivalent to a size 3 on our chart.
If you usually wear two sizes, for example, between 38 and 40, choose the smaller of the two options. Continuing with this example, this corresponds to size 2 or size S on our chart.

EXTRA LONG COTTON HARAMAKI
It maintains the measurements of each size of the regular model, but adds an extra 6 cm in height, so the haramaki will reach almost to your lower chest and cover a little further down your hips. In the FAQS section you can see when it is recommended to use the extra-long haramaki .
SPECIAL PREGNANCY COTTON HARAMAKI
This model has a modified design and is not the same at the front as at the back:
- The back is the same shape and size as a regular haramaki.
- The front has more fabric and, thanks to the elasticated sides, the fabric opens and stretches like a fan to adapt to the size of the belly.
Available in 3 sizes, you can use these guidelines to choose your haramaki:
- XS-S: sizes 34-38
- M: sizes 40-44
- L-XL: sizes 46-50
We also recommend that you use your usual clothing size prior to pregnancy as a guide. Each pregnancy is unique so if you have questions please contact us and we will try to advise you based on our experience.
HARAMAKI WOOL
Our new merino wool collection offers a unique fit thanks to the natural properties of this fiber and the seamless construction of all garments. Merino wool is naturally elastic and gently adapts to the body.
Initial fit: Merino wool garments may feel slightly tight at first, but they will adapt to your body with use.
After washing: Follow our care instructions to maintain the original measurements.
Size reference: The structure of the wool haramaki offers great elasticity, so it is available in 3 sizes: small (S), medium (M), and large (L). You will find the size label sewn inside the haramaki.
Merino Wool Care
To maintain the measurements and quality of your merino wool garments:
- Wash in cold water (maximum 30°C)
- Use a specific wool detergent
- Dry flat on a flat surface
- Do not tumble dry or hang the garment
