Can I return my purchase?

Yes of course. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you decide not to keep our products You have a period of 15 days* to return them .

Please, read the following instructions carefully and if you have any questions contact us .

* During the Christmas season this period is extended to 30 days so that you can buy your gifts in advance and, if necessary, the size or model can be changed within this period.

Steps to follow

  1. Inform us first that you want to make an exchange or a return through the Contact Us form commenting the reasons and the order number.
  2. Send us the product to the following address: Calle Palou 18 B, 08810 Sant Pere de Ribes (Barcelona) Spain.
  3. Size exchange. Once we have received the product we check that it is in good condition. If everything is correct and you request an exchange of size we will send you the new product free of charge.
  4. Gift voucher or refund. If everything is correct and you do not want to make an exchange, we can create a personalised gift voucher for you to use whenever you want in our online shop (without expiry date), or proceed to refund with the same payment method you used for your purchase.

 

Information to take into account

  • If it was a gift, tell us the full name of the person who made the purchase or their email or ideally, the order number, so that we can access the detailed information.
  • The garment must be in good condition, without having been washed or used, without stains or damage, accompanied by its original packaging. We will only refund or exchange products that are in the same condition that they were shipped.
  • As long as the change or return of the garment is not due to a defect or manufacturing defect, you must bear the shipping costs.
  • If it came to you in one of our recycled green bags, you can reuse it again in shipping, using the second adhesive closure band.
  • In case of requesting a refund, the payment will be made with the same payment method used.
    • If it was through Paypal or Stripe, the part corresponding to the return commission applied by these entities, which ranges between 3% and 10%, will be deducted from the refund. In this case, crediting the account can take from 5 to 10 days.
    • If it was through bank transfer, no commission is applied and the payment will take what the bank has stipulated.
