Pregnancy Haramaki size guide

The special pregnancy haramaki is available in 3 sizes and is very practical because it allows you to take advantage of regular clothing, covering the belly as the volume increases. It can be worn with pants, leggings or skirts, and being reversible it offers two color options to get the most out of it.

How to choose size? We recommend that you be guided by your usual clothing size since the back part is a piece in the shape of a high Basic haramaki and it is thanks to the elastic bands on the sides, that the fabric opens on the front part of the haramaki, to cover the volume as the belly increases.

The relation of the special pregnancy model with the usual sizes would be:

  • XS-S for sizes between 34-38
  • M for sizes between 40-44
  • L-XL for sizes between 46-50

It is difficult to predict the volume of the belly and the general weight gain, but it is important that, especially the first three months, you feel covered by the garment. Towards the end of the pregnancy it may feel tighter or you may even feel like not wearing it, but you will take advantage of it again after delivery, to recover well by keeping the heat in the area of the uterus and also during brestfeeding, to protect the lower back from drafts.

Description

A Happy Belly haramaki is a soft-to-the-touch band of fabric that leverages body heat to protect your lower back from the cold, giving you the pleasant feeling of a long hug. It stimulates circulation in the middle area of the body, providing many health benefits and conveying a feeling of safety and trust.

The use of haramaki is especially indicated in the first trimester of pregnancy since it is important to protect the fetus and the entire female reproductive system with some heat. In the following months of pregnancy, wearing the haramaki will feel like a warm retreat and also after delivery, it will be a good companion during the months of recovery and breastfeeding.

The design of this special pregnancy haramaki incorporates gathered elastic bands on the sides that allow the front fabric to open in a fan shape as the size of the belly grows. Although we know that each woman and pregnancy are unique, we are confident that thanks to this particular design, this haramaki can be worn during all months of pregnancy.

At work, practicing yoga, walking or enjoying a moment of calm at home, enjoy your haramaki and remember that it is not a belt to relieve weight, but a warm hug for you and your baby.
